Licensed Practical Nurse

Current openings include: FT 2nd shift $21.00 plus $2.50 shift differential FT 3rd shift $21.00 plus $2.00 shift differential Employees are required to work every other weekend and every other holiday. Starting pay for Licensed Practical Nurse is $21.00/hr.

Responsibilities

and Duties Our Licensed Practical Nurses are responsible for ensuring that our residents receive their appropriate medication and medical care plus also assist residents with their daily living activities such as showering, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, oral care, and transportation to/from the dining room. Supervises an assigned nursing area and assigns work to personal care aides and med techs as appropriate.

Provides instruction and direction in methods and techniques of nursing and resident care. Ensures that care, comfort and well being of the resident are attained in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Qualifications
