Experienced to Senior Civil Engineer - Track & CSR

We’re an established rail engineering team with a strong pipeline of work and plenty more ahead. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact, take on fresh challenges and grow alongside a team that’s building momentum. Whether your background is in track engineering, Combined Services Routes (CSRs), or both, there’s room to bring your strengths and broaden your experience.

Missions/Main Duties What you’ll do Contribute to rail track and Combined Services Route designs. Help turn project challenges into practical, buildable solutions. Coordinate design interfaces with colleagues across disciplines. Support projects from design through to delivery. Build trusted client relationships and share ideas that move work forward.

Profile/Skills What we’re looking for Around 5–10 years’ engineering experience , including local Australian rail and infrastructure experience . Experience in track engineering, Combined Services Routes, and a closely related area. Familiarity with Australian rail standards, delivery practices and project environments.

A curious mindset and collaborative approach to solving complex challenges. A genuine interest in rail and the ambition to grow with a team.
