Distribution Center Supervisor

What you will do

Supervising warehouse daily activities. Manage and train a team to receive and ship products to JCI production plants. Review and change procedures to meet and exceed customer needs. How you will do it: Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage and timely delivery of goods and materials and maintaining suitable inventory levels.

What we look for: Required Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Ability to motivate teams to meet daily goals. Knowledge of KPI’S. SAP knowledge or similar ERP. 3-5 years’ experience in receiving and shipping warehouse management. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics coordination.

Ability to train employees and follow up their performance. Main focus to maintain and exceed accuracy levels greater than 95% Teamwork oriented across the organization. Promote and comply safety company policies and regulations. Root Cause analysis problem solver. Preferred: Verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
