Crew Leader- Wastewater

The Wastewater Treatment Plant Crew Lead is under the direct supervision of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator and is responsible for all aspects of operation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance for a 2.5MGD conventional wastewater treatment plant and 17 lift stations. This is accomplished by planning and tracking work activities for employees, making data-based operational decisions, and ensuring that all assets are properly maintained using scheduled activities, industry / equipment standards and life cycle analyses.
