Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently tractor trailer combinations between terminals or meet points. Adapting to challenging conditions like inclement weather and various road conditions. Ability to meet the Company’s reliability standard for employees. Ability to chain as needed and to work in inclement weather is required. Availability to work weekends and/ or nights if needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

At least 21 years old Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Double/Triples endorsements. At least one year of verifiable commercial driving experience with similar equipment. Doubles/triples & chaining experience is preferred but not required. Valid DOT Medical Certification. Must have a clean driving record. No DUI, reckless driving, or positive drug/alcohol screen in the last 3 years.

Ability to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and dispatch/managers. Basic English proficiency in reading, writing and verbal communication.

Overtime AFTER 8 hours Medical, dental, vision – You choose which plan suits you and our family. Employee pays up to 2% of gross income. Employee and Family pays up to 4% of gross income. 401K match of 100% on the first 5% contribution. Accrue 80 hours of PTO within the first 11 months. Holiday pay after your 90 days.
