RESTAURANT HOST Job Summary: The restaurant host will be responsible for warmly receiving and seating guests. He/she will also ensure the smooth flow of patrons by controlling reservations, seating assignments, and facilitating special requests.

Responsibilities

Communicating to all guests with a smile and warm welcome when they enter the restaurant or via phone call Assisting with designing seating plan based on special requests and reservations Ensuring restaurant environment is within standards which includes music level, lighting, temperature, and cleanliness Recognizing all guests who are celebrating by communicating with servers and leadership to create a memorable experience Ensuring all equipment is maintained and functional and assists with inventory when needed Keeping all areas clean and organized throughout the shift Qualifications: High School Certificate/Diploma Food Handler's Permit
