Inventory Officer (Event Management Company)

Our client is a leading event management and rental service company, with a passionate and dedicated team of decorators, event planners, and designers, that specializes in creating unforgettable experiences for its clients. The Company seeks to hire an experienced and proactive Inventory officer to join its growing team.

This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of the company's inventory management processes. The ideal candidate must have experience in fast-paced industries like retail or FMCG and possess strong organizational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, analyze trends, and generate reports. Ensure all items are inspected for quality before dispatch and upon return. Optimize storage systems for easy access and efficient space utilization. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pick-up with accuracy. Regularly update the team on item availability and shortages.

Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure timely maintenance or replacement of damaged items.

Requirements

Key Requirements Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field. 1 year of experience in inventory management within retail, FMCG, or other high-intensity environments (rental business experience is a plus). Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in using inventory management software or systems.

Ability to lead a team, work independently, and collaborate across departments.
