GM APQP Quality Lead

The GM Quality APQP Lead will work with and develop a relationship with General Motors and the manufacturing facility to understand and ensure product quality meets customer requirements. By applying the AIAG Core Tools, the APQP Quality Lead plans and administers the Quality Process under the direction of the Quality Manager.

Responsible for General Motors, the Quality APQP Lead will learn the customer processes, including part launch, PPAP, ongoing reporting (warranty, complaints, any other request), problem resolution and lead the Plant initiatives on proper execution to comply with all requirements. The APQP Quality Lead may fill in for the Quality Manager’s absence.
