Customer Service Representative (Dutch)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a global customer experience company supporting a well-known electronics brand that is seeking to onboard a Dutch-speaking Advisor to join their team in Athens. The role is customer support across voice, chat and email, helping customers with product usage, troubleshooting and other product-related concerns.

Position: Customer Service Representative (Dutch) Location: Athens, Greece Work model: On-site Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support customers with product usage, troubleshooting and other product-related concerns Handle customer contacts across voice, chat and email Document each interaction accurately Follow established procedures Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team when necessary REQUIREMENTS: Dutch at C1/C2 level and English at C1 level High school diploma Customer service and technical support skills, including complaint handling, troubleshooting, problem solving and strong communication EU citizenship Based in Athens or willing to relocate (relocation candidates must already hold a Greek AFM and AMKA) Available for on-site work in Athens on rotational shifts, including weekends BENEFITS: Easter and Summer bonuses Meal allowance Health insurance from the hire date 1.
