Production Assistant

Production Assistant Work Skills Corporation (WSC) Help lead production. Support a team. Make a difference! Work Skills Corporation is seeking a dependable and motivated Production Assistant to support daily production operations, promote quality and safety, and help team members develop their skills. This role works closely with the Production Supervisor and Production Coordinator to keep operations running smoothly, meet customer expectations, and support team success.

What You'll Do

Assist with coordinating production personnel, training team members, and encouraging skill development and career growth. Maintain Quality Standards: Help develop and review work instructions, monitor product quality, and address quality concerns promptly. Coordinate Daily Production: Help meet customer production schedules, monitor workflow, improve efficiency, and minimize downtime.

Provide Operational Support: Assist with customer service efforts and serve as a backup to the Production Coordinator when needed. Complete Documentation: Maintain accurate daily production records and assist with time studies for active jobs. Promote a Safe Workplace: Safely operate material-handling equipment and follow established safety procedures.

Support Team Members: Collaborate with case management staff to provide crisis intervention support when needed.
