Job Profile Title: Executive Assistant Location: Waluj, MIDC Aurangabad (On-site) Department: Executive Support Reporting to: Managing Director / Senior Leadership Candidate Profile: Only married female candidates Age bracket: 30 - 40 years Key Responsibilities Manage schedules, appointments, and travel plans for the leadership team Prepare reports, business presentations, and strategic documents Coordinate internal meetings, client visits, and review sessions Maintain minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups Handle confidential data and sensitive information with integrity Liaise with various departments to gather updates and insights.
Support strategic projects, research, and benchmarking tasks Manage emails, communication drafts, and calendar alignment Ensure the MD is well-prepared for all engagements.
Requirements
Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Communications, or relevant discipline) 2–4 years of experience in a similar executive support or coordination role Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace Strong command of written and spoken English Desired Skills and Attributes High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure Discretion, professionalism, and ownership mindset Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills Comfortable working closely with senior leadership Proactive problem-solver with business acumen Familiarity with using tools like ChatGPT or modern productivity apps is a plus Other Expectations Must be based in or willing to relocate to Aurangabad Should be available for flexible work hours when required Benefits Exposure to working with the Managing Director Professional development through training and mentorship Opportunity to grow in a fast-scaling precision engineering company Supportive and performance-driven work environment
