Responsibilities include

Perform oil changes, lubrication services, safety inspections, and routine vehicle maintenance. Check and maintain fluid levels, including coolant, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, and windshield washer fluid. Inspect batteries and check tire pressure. Perform basic maintenance and other services as directed by the Service Manager or senior technicians.

Follow manufacturer specifications, dealership procedures, and all safety requirements. Use shop tools and equipment properly and maintain a clean, organized work area. Keep customer vehicles clean and free of fingerprints, fluid residue, and debris after service. Assist technicians with parts pickup and maintain shop supplies as needed.

Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and other professional development opportunities. Meet established productivity, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction standards. Communicate any repair concerns, delays, or safety issues to management promptly. Help maintain a safe, professional, and customer-focused service department.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

A strong interest in automotive service and repair. Previous automotive experience or a solid automotive background. Automotive certifications are preferred. Nissan experience is a plus. General knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems and maintenance procedures. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

A dependable, professional attitude and commitment to quality work. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Willingness to complete required pre-employment screening. Ability to safely perform the physical duties of the position, including lifting, bending, standing, and working with automotive equipment.
