Automotive sales experience is a plus, but it's not necessary. We'll provide training to help the right candidate get started! Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Welcome customers and learn about their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget. Showcase new and pre-owned vehicles and explain their features and benefits. Build relationships with customers and provide attentive, professional service. Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain customer relationships.

Learn about Ford vehicles, new technology, product updates, and available accessories. Work toward individual and dealership sales goals. Complete sales paperwork and maintain accurate customer records. Stay current on dealership procedures and applicable automotive sales regulations. Attend training sessions and team meetings to continue developing your skills.

Maintain a professional appearance and help keep the dealership and vehicle lot presentable. Work with fellow team members and management to deliver an excellent customer experience. Ability to meet the position's minimum age requirement of 21. Willingness to participate in training and follow dealership policies.
