We are actively seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Care Aides (HCAs) to provide exceptional one-on-one care for seniors throughout King County. Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 Territory: King County, WA Current Priority Areas: North Seattle, Bellevue, and Kirkland Schedule On-Call Position Currently hiring for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability only All shifts available (Days, Evenings, Overnights) Flexible scheduling based on your availability What You'll Do As a CNA or HCA, you will provide personalized care for seniors in their private homes as well as residents in Independent and Assisted Living communities.

Responsibilities include

Providing compassionate one-on-one care and support Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: Bathing Dressing Grooming Toileting Assisting with mobility, transfers, and transportation to meals and activities according to each individual's care plan Preparing meals and performing light housekeeping duties Offering companionship and emotional support through activities such as: Reading together Playing games and cards Listening to music Engaging in meaningful conversations and hobbies that bring joy Qualifications: Requirements Current CNA or HCA certification in Washington State Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Ability to travel throughout Seattle and surrounding areas. Strong communication skills and a caring, patient attitude. Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred. The ideal candidate is comfortable providing care in homes with pets.
