Financial Services Manager

The Financial Services Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing community-based financial services programs, which include free tax preparation and financial education workshops. This role involves providing leadership to financial team members, as well as to volunteers and seasonal staff across multiple locations.

The Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting within all database systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant IRS regulations and GoodwillSR policies, procedures, and program standards. Additionally, this position collaborates with internal department leaders to develop and deliver financial literacy programs, engages in national and regional partnerships, and oversees budget administration and grant management.
