Custodian

A Custodian with Powerworks Industries, Inc. (PWI) at Ft. Benning is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the assigned locations mandated by the PWI Ft. Benning Custodial Contract. He/she will clean and assist the Lead Worker and Supervisor in the cleaning and maintenance of all designated areas. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, offices and break rooms; vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, and mopping; and applying advanced floor care techniques to the location floor as needed.

A Custodian should possess the skills necessary to top scrub, strip and wax hard floors and be able to perform all other tasks as requested by the supervisor.
