Elementary School Counselor

We’re on the lookout for a rockstar elementary school counselor to join our team in Frankfort, Indiana! At our school, we believe counseling is more than support... it’s connection, joy, and helping every child feel seen and valued. We’re searching for someone who is fun, upbeat, and student-centered, with a passion for building relationships and creating a positive school culture.

If you’re the kind of person whose energy lifts a room, who can balance compassion with structure, and who thrives in a fast-paced, kid-filled environment, say no more! We want to meet you! You’ll be joining a highly collaborative staff that truly works as a team to support students and families. We laugh together, problem-solve together, and show up for one another every day.

This is a place where your voice matters, your ideas are welcomed, and your impact is felt. Ready to make a difference where it matters most? Come meet us as we look to welcome the next great addition to our school family!
