Human Resources Assistant (Military)

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

1. Interpreting and applying regulations and procedures to support recruiting and personnel programs;
2. Utilizing office software and computer programs to support and manage databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines;
3. Communicating effectively, orally and in writing, to share information and prepare reports; and
4. Providing guidance to personnel regarding enlisted programs. In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Successful completion of at least four full academic years of education above high school or A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
