Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

1. Providing administrative and personnel support by reviewing, preparing, processing, and maintaining employee records and related documentation;
2. Applying knowledge of recruitment, organizational procedures, and personnel policies to complete assignments accurately and efficiently; 3). Utilizing computer applications, databases, spreadsheets, and electronic filing systems to enter, update, retrieve, organize, and maintain information; and
3. Collecting, compiling, analyzing, and summarizing data to develop reports and present findings.
