MY | UI/UX Designer

Role- MY | UI/UX Designer Client – CG, MY Budget – 10 to 11K MYR 6+6 Months contract Description: "Design Systems Leadership Maintain a comprehensive design system that scales across multiple products. Create reusable component libraries in Figma with clear documentation usage guidelines and accessibility standards. Establish design patterns and principles that work across features Ensure consistency across products while allowing for contextual flexibility.

Product Design Execution Design endtoend user experiences for consumer workflows. Transform complex business and customer requirements into clean intuitive interfaces. Create detailed specifications user flows and interaction patterns for development teams. Develop dev ready UI that complies to our standards including the organization or files frames and layouts along with adherence to the DLS Stakeholder.

Communication Collaboration Present design concepts and rationale to leadership stakeholders and technical teams with clarity and conviction. Translate business requirements and user needs into design solutions without extensive handholding. Facilitate design reviews and gather feedback effectively across the organization.

Contribute to product strategy discussions with design perspective and user insights. What You Bring Required 5 years of UXUI design experience in enterprise software insurance or similarly complex domains. Expertlevel Figma proficiency you should be a Figma power user who can build sophisticated component systems variants autolayout structures and interactive prototypes.

Design systems experience proven track record building and maintaining design systems that have been adopted across products. Enterprise product expertise deep understanding of designing for customers complex. workflows cross product reusability and compliance requirements. Exceptional presentation skills ability to articulate design decisions present to stakeholders at all levels and advocate for user needs.

High autonomy comfortable owning design decisions self directing your work and operating without constant oversight. Portfolio demonstrating enterprise SaaS products design systems complex workflows and systematic design thinking. Strongly Preferred Experience with financial services or insurance. Understanding of modern web technologies and design implementation.

Experience designing for consumer products. Familiarity with accessibility standards WCAG and inclusive design practices. Basic understanding of frontend development HTML CSS React Flutter to communicate effectively with engineer.
