Finance Manager

We are seeking a hands-on and commercially minded Finance Manager to lead the financial accounting operations for a well-established F&B business. This role offers broad exposure across treasury, sales accounting, budgeting, forecasting, audit, tax, and business partnering with Operations and cross-functional teams.

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. CPA, ACCA, HKICPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred. At least 6 years of accounting and finance experience, preferably gained from retail, FMCG, hospitality, or F&B environments. Audit experience from a Big 4 or reputable second-tier accounting firm is highly preferred.

Solid knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit, and tax compliance. Experience managing accounting operations and leading small teams. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) would be an advantage. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
