Automotive Biller

The Automotive Biller is resp onsible for accurately documen ting all title, registration, and vehicle owner information, as well as billing out new an d used car deals. The role req uires a strong understanding o f financial regulations and co mpliance, as well as the abili ty to maintain accurate record -keeping of vehicle inventory. The position also involves in ventorying new and used vehicl es.

You must be able to answer multiple phone lines and provide basic company information.

Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, organize documents

At times monitor front desk, collect payment and close out invoices for service,parts and body shop. Collect payment for vehicle purchases

Experience is welcomed but willing to train

High School resume for part-time nights and weekends with work permit

High School diploma or equivalent

Microsoft Word and Excel experience

Works well in a fast pace environment, highly organized,excellent time management and communication skills

Willingness to learn and to grow with the company

Must be able to pass drug screen and background
