Our solutions support customers in the food and beverage, dairy, life science, and industrial markets by enabling product concentration and purification, removal of contaminants, recycling of valuable process chemicals, production of high-purity water, and treatment of wastewater for safe discharge or reuse.

Responsibilities

Enter and process supplier invoices and financial transactions Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable Match invoices, purchase orders and supporting documentation Perform general finance data entry and filing Assist with New Zealand and Australian payroll administration Assist with timesheet and leave records Maintain accurate financial records in Xero Assist with bank and account reconciliations Follow up on outstanding invoices and documentation when required Provide general finance and administrative support Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as required Expectations: Experience using Xero Is familiar with New Zealand payroll Ideally some knowledge or experience with Australian payroll Experience with accounting data entry and general administration Accurate, organised and detail-oriented Can work independently from home Reliable and able to meet deadlines Communicates well and is comfortable asking questions when needed Available to work 2–3 hours each weekday morning Is looking for a long-term part-time opportunity Is willing to commit beyond the initial 3-month fixed-term period Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Kovalus Separation Solutions is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where diversity is valued and respected.
