Licensed Practical Nurse (LTC)

We’re seeking a caring and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN to provide quality care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehab facility. LPN Pay: $1,840 weekly gross working 32 hours. Travel and local pay packages both available. Weekly direct deposit with benefits available.

Long Term Care LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse Job Description: Work with a highly-skilled team to provide a variety of patient care services to the community of residents ranging from skilled nursing and assisted living to memory care and rehabilitation.

Provide direct resident care and assist with daily needs. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders. Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition. Perform wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing tasks. Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality resident care. Document care and maintain accurate records.

LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements: WI LPN license in good standing. BLS certification or ability to obtain. Clean background and drug screen upon hire. Ability to provide or obtain negative TB test results and work physical completed in the last 12-months. Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
