Data Analytics Internship

Internship Overview As a Data Analytics Intern at Summit Agricultural Group, you will gain hands on experience within a diverse organization to help drive business needs. This opportunity will analyze trends, create reports, and support various projects while working closely with other analyst team members. The position will be based at our Alden, Iowa headquarters.

Responsibilities

Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources. Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Support the team in data related projects and initiatives. Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to Summit executive team. Collaborate with support departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions.

Deliver a final presentation to Summit's management team summarizing experiences, results, and accomplishments from the internship.

Requirements

Completed Sophomore or Junior studying Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. Familiarity with Excel, SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and within a team while maintaining strong written and verbal communication. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
