Die Maintenance Tech-3rd Shift

The Die Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications to stamping dies to support safe, efficient, and continuous production at Jefferson Southern Corporation (JSC). This position requires technical knowledge of die maintenance, welding, grinding, machining, and troubleshooting to maintain die performance and minimize production downtime. The technician is expected to follow established work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies while meeting JSC's Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives.
