Contact Center Representative Location: Kansas City, MO, 64116 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Contact Center Representative to join our team in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing excellent service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with product or service questions, billing issues, and account updates. Document customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies. Qualifications
