Financial Services Representative Position Overview No background in finance is required. A fully structured, classroom-to-field training curriculum is provided to teach macroeconomic planning principles, client acquisition, and advanced case design. You will be paired with a seasoned mentor to help you build a highly predictable, relationship-driven local business.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in a structured, multi-phase licensing and financial planning training program. Learn to host consultative 'discovery' conversations to evaluate client needs, financial vulnerabilities, and cash flow. Design tailored asset-protection, disability, and retirement planning solutions using the firm's advanced financial modeling software.

Build a local advisory brand by engaging with local communities, professional organizations, and personal networks.

Requirements

No prior financial industry experience required; background in sales, teaching, operations, or management is highly valued. A natural ability to build trust, paired with deep professional empathy. Strong work ethic and the self-discipline to manage an autonomous, entrepreneurial schedule. Must pass a standard industry background check and licensing exam (sponsorship provided).

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent track record of professional success. Professional Development Sponsored licensing (Life & Health, FINRA registrations) and continuous professional development. Structured mentorship and hands-on training to support professional growth.
