Associate Financial Advisor

Associate Financial Advisor Position Overview This role bridges the gap between starting out and running a mature wealth management practice. Instead of cold-calling in isolation, you will be integrated directly into active client cases, participating in strategy design and joint-planning meetings alongside a Senior Partner.

Key Responsibilities

Support Senior Advisors in analyzing client data and preparing comprehensive macroeconomic financial models. Participate in client meetings to assist with administrative follow-ups, case implementation, and annual review coordination. Manage existing client relationships, addressing daily operational inquiries with high professional standards.

Collaborate with the team on local business development, group workshops, and educational marketing events.

Requirements

FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 6 and 63) are highly preferred. Active State Life & Health Insurance License is required (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire). 1–3 years of experience in banking, insurance, or consultative client-facing sales. High coachability, strong active-listening skills, and a collaborative mindset.
