We are looking for a Service. Now Technical Lead with 6+ years of Service. Now development experience and strong technical leadership capabilities to drive the design, development, customization, and implementation of enterprise Service. Now solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ITOM, CMDB, Integrations, and Service.
Now platform development, with the ability to lead technical teams, architect scalable solutions, mentor developers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality Service. Now implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical design, development, configuration, and customization of Service. Now solutions. Provide end-to-end ownership of Service. Now implementations, including design, development, deployment, and production support. Mentor and guide Service. Now developers by enforcing coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
Design and implement scalable solutions across ITOM, CMDB, and Integration modules. Develop and customize Service. Now applications using JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts. Design, develop, and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Servers, Integration.
Hub, and API Management. Lead Service. Now to Sail. Point integrations and other third-party enterprise integrations. Oversee platform administration, upgrades, patching, and performance optimization. Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues, providing expert-level technical support. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Service.
Now solutions. Ensure platform governance, documentation, security, and adherence to Service. Now best practices. Key Skills & Qualifications 6+ years of experience in Service. Now Development, with 8–10 years preferred for Technical Lead roles. Strong expertise in Service. Now ITOM, CMDB, and Integrations. Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Service.
Now customization. Experience designing and implementing Service. Now to Sail. Point integrations and other enterprise integrations. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Servers, Integration. Hub, and API Management. Experience leading Service. Now implementation projects and mentoring technical teams. Expertise in Service.
Now platform administration, upgrades, patching, and performance optimization. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
