Hardware Automation Engineer - Bioprocessing Revolution

Your task: develop groundbreaking automation tools that will make our bioprocessing activities exponentially faster and more efficient.

What you will do

Design and develop innovative automation solutions for fluid handling, transfer, and processing parameter control Integrate IoT devices, cobots, and other cutting-edge technologies into bioprocessing systems Create robust control systems that can manage complex bioprocessing workflows autonomously Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to push the limits of what's possible in bioprocessing automation Rapidly prototype, iterate, and implement automation solutions Transform abstract concepts into tangible, working systems that revolutionize our production capabilities What you need to have Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field 1+ years of experience in automation, robotics, or related field (we value exceptional talent over years of experience) Proficiency in programming languages relevant to automation (e.

g., Python, C++, ladder logic) Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, sensors, and actuators Familiarity with IoT technologies and industrial communication protocols Preferred Qualifications Rapid thinking & actions with ambition to get yourself up to speed at a heroic pace, and accomplish something meaningfully difficult early in your career.

Experience working at hardware or deeptech startups that required a scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset to accomplish challenging tasks with tight time or budget constraints. Knowledge of fluid dynamics and pumping systems Familiarity with collaborative robots (cobots) and their integration Experience with machine vision systems The Ideal Candidate We're looking for a rare combination of skills and mindset: You can give a clue about answering challenging engineering questions using first principles and engineering fundamentals even with partial information.
