As a member of Human Resources this position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing and offering applicants to fill open positions while being accountable for meeting the hiring goals of the Department.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with hiring managers to recruit and hire for Maryhaven’s open positions. Must be able to follow legal requirements of talent acquisition, selection and hiring guidelines and any record keeping and compliance requirements.

Requirements
