Manage Performance and Reporting: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and facility scorecards by analyzing complex data through Management Information Systems (MIS) and Google Sheets to identify cost-reduction opportunities. Lead Team and Client Success: Direct a combined team of in-house staff and outsourced vendors to strictly maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Turnaround Times (TATs), while effectively resolving client escalations.
What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have: 10+ years of experience in team leadership, with at least 3–5 years specifically managing multiple operational sites within the logistics or service industry. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, Records and Information Management (RIM) specialization, and high proficiency in Google Sheets and Management Information System (MIS) reporting.
Proven ability in analytical thinking, vendor management, and executing complex projects such as facility consolidations and migrations. A Graduate degree is required; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations is highly preferred. Category: Operations Group
