Description Over your first 12-18 months, you will:

  • Learn consultative selling from experienced sales leaders
  • Participate in client meetings alongside senior Workplace Consultants
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and referrals
  • Create and execute account strategies
  • Assist with proposals, presentations, and client recommendations
  • Build relationships with architects, commercial real estate brokers, and business leaders
  • Collaborate with Ohio Desk designers, project managers, and operations professionals
  • Develop expertise in workplace trends, employee experience, and the future of work Growing into a Workplace Consultant allows you to:
  • Develop and grow your own portfolio of clients
  • Lead customer relationships and workplace strategy discussions
  • Create solutions that help organizations attract, engage, and retain talent

  • Required bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, communications, or a related field
  • Internship in related field or part-time experience in a customer facing role preferred.
  • Effective communication and people skills
  • Curiosity with a strong desire to learn
  • Self-motivated, driven and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable meeting new people and building long-lasting relationships
