Vice President Human Resources

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President Human Resources based in the United States. This is a high-impact executive opportunity to lead human resources strategy and workforce transformation within a rapidly growing, technology-driven manufacturing organization.

You will oversee HR operations across multiple manufacturing sites in the United States and Canada, while supporting a geographically distributed remote workforce. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, focusing on workforce expansion, talent acquisition, leadership development, and operational excellence.

You will partner directly with plant leaders and executive stakeholders to simplify HR processes, strengthen managerial capabilities, and build a proactive, people-centered organization.
