We’re currently building a Security Operations Support Team in Budapest, and we’re looking for motivated students to join us. In this role, after completing our onboarding program, and you will be responsible for: Monitoring and processing security alerts (iBOX, Elastic SIEM) Reviewing and classifying alerts based on predefined use cases Ensuring accurate and accessible outputs for end customers Creating and maintaining high-quality tickets with clear documentation Escalating incidents to Level 2 when needed Following established playbooks, escalation processes, and data protection guidelines What we're looking for Entry-level experience in IT support, service desk, or relevant studies/training Basic understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals (or strong interest) Willingness to work on-site in Budapest in a 24/7 shift system, minimum of three 8-hour shifts/week English: solid working proficiency (B2/C1) Any level of German knowledge is a plus Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure Do not hesitate to apply even if you don't fill all our requirements - we are happy to get in touch with you!
