Showboat - Food Team Member, Galley (Full-Time Seasonal, 2026)

While guests enjoy scenic views of Table Rock Lake, our Showboat Galley Team Members are hard at work behind the scenes creating delicious meals. Whether you have been in a kitchen setting for years or are just honing the culinary craft, a career as a Galley Team Member will advance your experience level. Working in our fast-paced galley you will be responsible for, but not limited to: preparing salads, plating entrees, kitchen sanitation, dishwashing and supporting other members of the team in various ways.

Preparing and cooking for each two-hour cruise takes immense teamwork. Applicants are expected to be adept to working in confined spaces and exhibit a professional attitude with a focus on excellent guest service.
