Emerald's Lead Cook

The Lead Cook helps oversee kitchen operations to ensure consistent quality, presentation, and efficiency across all culinary areas. In this leadership role, you’ll assist with training and mentoring cooks, managing prep and production, and maintaining kitchen safety and sanitation standards. The Lead Cook works closely with the Room Chef and Restaurant Supervisor to execute high-volume service, monitor food quality, and uphold departmental goals.
