Physician – Family Medicine or Internal Medicine & Pediatrics (Med-Peds) Location: Warren, MI Employment Type: Full-Time Provide Exceptional Primary Care at EPIC Health *We are preparing to launch our operations in Warren, with an anticipated start date for this position in November/December 2026 . We are beginning the recruitment process now as we build our Warren team and prepare for the launch of our new location.

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine & Pediatrics (Med-Peds) Physician to join our growing primary care team in Metro Detroit.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you'll work alongside Advanced Practice Providers, Behavioral Health Specialists, Care Managers, and specialists to deliver high-quality, coordinated care across the lifespan.

What You'll Do

Comprehensive Patient Care Provide outpatient primary care services for patients across all ages (Family Medicine or Med-Peds scope). Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Perform annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine physical examinations. Develop individualized treatment plans focused on long-term health and wellness.

Collaborative Care Work closely with physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Care Managers, Behavioral Health, and specialty teams. Supervise and collaborate with Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners as appropriate. Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, and follow-up care. Clinical Excellence Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record.

Stay current on evidence-based medicine and clinical best practices. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and value-based care programs. What You Bring Required Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine & Pediatrics (Med-Peds) Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start).

DEA license and controlled substance registration (or ability to obtain). Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous outpatient primary care experience is preferred, but recent residency graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience with value-based care or population health is a plus. Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR); Athena experience is a plus.

Compensation

$200,000–$300,000 annually , based on experience Bonus Potential: Up to $100,000 annually based on productivity and performance Why Join EPIC Health?
