Custodian District Coordinator in Ionia and Portland Public Schools - Full Time, 2nd Shift

GRBS, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and reliable Night Coordinator to oversee custodial operations for our 2nd shift team in Ionia Public Schools and Portland Public Schools.

This full-time position requires the ability to float between both school districts, ensuring clean, safe, and well-maintained school facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to integrity and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Float between Ionia and Portland school facilities to coordinate custodial activities during 2nd shift. Execute and oversee clean building processes to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. Communicate effectively with custodial team members to ensure smooth operations. Hold team members accountable for their duties and performance while fostering a positive and respectful work environment.

Demonstrate humility and openness to feedback, promoting continuous improvement. Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to appropriate personnel. Ensure compliance with all district policies and procedures related to custodial services. Who We're Looking For We're looking for individuals who demonstrate: Strong communication skills.

Work Schedule Monday-Friday 1 weekend per month 2:30PM - 11:00PM 40 hours per week Flexibility to travel between Ionia and Portland School Districts is required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old. Valid ID required. Must have your own vehicle and car insurance.
