Receptionist, PACE

Mc. Gregor PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a community-based service program that provides in-home healthcare services to the elderly as an alternative to nursing home placement, allowing Seniors to remain at home. As a Receptionist at Mc. Gregor PACE, this role is responsible for supporting administration and assisting as site receptionist.

Responsibilities

Greets and directs all visitors and participants; Answers and directs agency phone calls. Uses the paging system as necessary; Maintains customer service and professionalism while working with the public; Provides general information regarding PACE and Mc. Gregor PACE; Projects a positive image of Mc. Gregor PACE and the services provided; Receives and routes mail; prepares and sends outgoing mail, including inter-office delivery and courier service; Assists in maintaining organized, accessible, and complete files, in compliance with administrative needs and organizational policies; Copies, collates, and faxes.

Prepares documents and correspondence, including word processing; Prepares and collates information for mailings; Inventories office supplies; Understands and helps to implement safety and security protocols. Performs additional administrative support tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
