E-Commerce Trading Assistant

Job Description: Level Up Talent Solutions is looking for an E-Commerce Trading Assistant to support the day-to-day trading, optimization, and maintenance of e-commerce websites. The role will work closely with the Trading, Buying, Merchandising, Creative, Product, and wider E-Commerce teams to ensure website content, products, promotions, and customer journeys are accurate, commercially relevant, and optimized to support conversion, revenue, and customer experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing website updates, monitoring site performance and errors, reviewing product merchandising, maintaining promotional accuracy, and supporting continuous website optimization. Beyond website execution, the role will develop a strong understanding of customer behavior, product performance, website trading, and commercial opportunities, using data and insights to identify issues and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Strong organizational and task-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work quickly without compromising accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong interest in E-Commerce, online retail, and customer behavior. Comfortable working with website performance data and using information to support decisions.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues proactively. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. Comfortable working with multiple digital systems and platforms. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets. Willingness to learn new E-Commerce systems, processes, and analytical tools.
