Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for canvassing positions.
• Manage employee training and conduct regular performance coaching.
• Develop neighborhood territory maps and organize efficient field routes.

• Monitor daily production and help canvassers overcome performance challenges.
