Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and manage residential door-to-door canvassers.
• Lead team meetings, individual coaching sessions, and hands-on field training.
• Develop canvassing strategies, territory maps, and neighborhood route plans.
• Monitor daily production, evaluate team performance, and address performance gaps.
• Work alongside canvassers to strengthen their approach and improve results. Your Team-Building Experience Counts!
