CAD Technician

Job Details: Job Location: The Woodlands

• The Woodlands, TX, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, We are looking for a dedicated, focused, and career driven CAD Technician to join our Land Development Team in The Woodlands. This is an onsite role. Successful candidate should be open to working in office 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

Utilize AutoCAD skills in model/paper space environments, x-references, dynamic blocks, sheet set manager and other frequently used AutoCAD applications Assist with preparation of drawing packages for various projects including: Municipal projects: sanitary sewer collection, lift stations, water mains and roadway paving and drainage systems.

Land Development projects: single family subdivisions, public road and utility extensions, detention ponds. Site Development projects: commercial and residential site developments, boundary, topographic and construction surveys Works closely with project and task team leaders Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Qualifications 3-6 years’ experience in Land Development, Municipal or Site Development Design 3-6 years’ experience using Auto.
