Sub Assembly Supervisor

James Moore & Co., P.L.’s HR Solutions team is currently partnering with Goshen Engineering in the search for a hands-on Sub Assembly Supervisor to directly supervise the Sub Assembly team within Production and support the safe, efficient, and quality-focused completion of subassembly work. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role leads Sub Assembly Technician I-III employees and coordinates staffing, workflow, materials, quality, training, and production priorities so completed subassemblies meet approved drawings, documentation, schedule, and downstream production requirements.
