Location: Bengaluru Work Mode: Hybrid Experience: 6–8 Years Budget: Up to ₹20 LPA Shift: Rotational Employment Type: Full-Time Qualification: Any Degree Certification: AWS or RHEL certification is mandatory Mandatory Skills AWS Cloud Services Linux System Administration RHEL Linux Job Description We are looking for an experienced AWS / OS Linux Support Engineer to manage, design, build, and support enterprise cloud infrastructure hosting SAP workloads on AWS.

The ideal candidate should have strong AWS core services knowledge, hands-on RHEL/Linux administration experience, and expertise in production operations, high availability, security, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage AWS services including EC2, AWS Backup, Lambda, Cloud. Watch, Cloud. Trail, Config, IAM, KMS, and Cloud. Formation. Support SAP workloads hosted on AWS, including HANA/Oracle databases, cluster management, and high availability. Administer RHEL/Linux and Windows servers, including patching, volume management, kernel management, firewalls, and OS troubleshooting.

Implement security controls, OS hardening, malware protection, antivirus, and secrets management. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Cloud. Formation or Terraform. Develop automation scripts using Python and Bash/Shell. Work with AWS CLI, JSON, YAML, and configuration management tools such as Ansible or Chef. Troubleshoot networking issues involving TCP/IP, routing, NAT, DNS, LDAP, proxies, and firewalls.

Manage SSL/TLS security and support web servers such as Apache, NGINX, and IIS. Handle L2/L3 escalations for critical production incidents while adhering to SLAs and change management processes. Improve operational efficiency through automation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with global teams to ensure the scalability, security, reliability, and performance of enterprise cloud services.

Good to Have Experience with Git, GitLab, GitHub, and basic CI/CD. Exposure to enterprise SAP environments running on AWS. Strong documentation and technical architecture diagramming skills. Interview Process L1: Virtual L2: Face-to-Face
