Collaborate with internal departments to implement, optimize, and standardize SAP processes.

Provide user support and resolve SAP-related operational issues. Train new employees on SAP processes in cooperation with department managers. Create, maintain, and update user manuals and process documentation in English and Slovak. Monitor new SAP functionalities and evaluate their implementation within the company.

Maintain accurate and reliable data within the ERP system. Support the administration and maintenance of intellectual property records and related documentation. Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives and perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager. Experience working with SAP ERP (experience as a Key User or Process Specialist is an advantage).

Good understanding of business processes and ERP systems. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Communicative level of English (written and spoken).

Experience creating process documentation or delivering user training is an advantage. Referral bonus 400€. Commuting allowance (2.50€ or 3.50€ per day worked depending on the number of km).
