Essential Job Duties To ensure all shipments coming inbound and going outbound move as quickly as possible and are delivered within their schedule Resolve any issues associated with delays on any inbound or outbound shipments To ensure all shipments are proactively expedited through customs and are imported in accordance with customs compliance Identifying service failures in a timely manner and processed for credit approval according to the carrier guidelines When needed, move shipments as quickly as possible (next flight outs, hot shots, drop shipments, etc.)

To provide timely international and domestic quotes for any Smith & Associates or Consignment shipment at a minimum cost where service is not jeopardized To proactively research missing freight and file claim if needed May be on call throughout the night Job Qualifications Fresh Graduates also welcome Must be self-motivated Ability to handle stressful situations Multi-tasking and organization skills a must Strong communication skills and excellent follow through are a must Education College degree or equivalent job experience preferred #LI-CC1 We are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
