• Food Service, Position Summary: We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Pizza Cook / Prep Cook to join our food service team. This position will be responsible for preparing pizzas, assisting with food preparation, maintaining the pizza station, and helping the kitchen team as needed. Job Duties: Prepare and cook pizzas according to recipes and portion standards. Prepare pizza dough, sauces, cheese, meats, vegetables, and other toppings. Assist with general food prep for daily café operations. Follow proper portion control and food presentation standards. Maintain correct food temperatures and follow food safety procedures. Label, date, rotate, and store food using FIFO procedures. Keep the pizza station, prep area, equipment, and work surfaces clean and sanitized. Stock and restock ingredients throughout the shift. Assist with opening and closing duties. Help with other kitchen stations and duties as assigned. Follow all ECI Management Group and campus policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Qualifications: Previous pizza, line cook, or food prep experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Food Handler Certification required or must be obtained after hire.
